To ensure a seamless acquisition process, I provide complimentary worldwide shipping on all original works. I manage every aspect of the logistics from my studio in France with the same technical rigor and precision I bring to the canvas, ensuring your investment is protected from my hands to yours.
Our Professional Packaging Protocol
To provide the highest level of atmospheric and physical protection, I utilize two specialized methods based on the scale of the work:
For Smaller Works (Crated & Boxed):
The canvas is wrapped in archival acid-free paper, encased in shock-absorbent wrap, and secured within a custom-cut 4mm Axiome polycarbonate alveolar crate. This high-tech armor is then sealed inside a heavy-duty, double-walled shipping box.
For Large-Scale Works (Studio-Style Rolled):
To ensure the safety of oversized canvases during international transit, these are shipped unstretched. The painting is laid on pH-neutral glassine, rolled face-outward to protect the integrity of the impasto layers, and placed inside a moisture-proof shroud and a reinforced tube. Note: These works are easily re-stretched by any local professional framer upon arrival.
Insurance & Logistics
Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for its total retail value. I personally assume all responsibility for the work until it is safely delivered.
Live Tracking:
Once your painting is dispatched from Provence, you will receive a Live Tracking Number to monitor its progress in real-time.
Signature Confirmation:
For your security, all original works require a signature upon delivery.
Damage Guarantee:
In the unlikely event of damage, please document the packaging and the canvas with photos within 24 hours and contact me immediately. I will personally manage the insurance claim to ensure a professional resolution or full refund.
