Through heavy impasto and a palette knife, I built this piece layer by layer—allowing thick textures and bold colour blends to mimic the raw energy of a garden in bloom. Each stroke captures not just petals, but emotion—spontaneous, imperfect, alive. This painting is as much about movement and memory as it is about form.
A vibrant symphony of thick, impasto strokes bursts across the canvas—petals of blush pink, crimson, and violet swirl into a dreamlike garden, where light and shadow dance through textured layers of colour, evoking the fleeting beauty of spring in full bloom.
With each stroke, I let the palette knife sculpt the memory of a blooming garden—where colours collided freely, and emotion took the shape of petals. This piece is not just about flowers, but the chaos and tenderness that live in the wildness of nature and within myself.
